Luxury Art Deco Living: The Jewel of Lake Pancoast
Built in 1930, the iconic Lake Pancoast building is a masterpiece of Art Deco architecture. Nestled on Lake Pancoast at the top of the Intracoastal Waterway on Collins Avenue, this historic landmark offers a blend of elegance and luxury.
For over two decades, this stunning structure served as the winter home for affluent Fifth Avenue socialites, who enjoyed the opulent amenities of the nearby Roney Plaza Hotel. In the late 1980s, renowned producer Richard Harvey transformed the building, then known as Pancoast Towers, from a rental space primarily for seniors into a luxurious Art Deco condominium complex.
Unique Features:
Swimming Pool and Garden: The building features a serene swimming pool set within a palm-lined garden, offering a peaceful retreat.
Private Boardwalk: A picturesque footbridge leads residents directly to the beach and boardwalk, providing easy access to the oceanfront.
